2. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator
- Places where personal data is entered and logins are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). Thanks to this, personal data and login data entered on the website is encrypted on the user’s computer and can be read only on the destination server.
- Personal data stored in the database is encrypted in such a way that only the Operator holding the key can read it. This protects the data in the event of the database being stolen from the server.
- User passwords are stored in hashed form. The hashing function works one-way – it is not possible to reverse it, which is the current standard for storing user passwords.

- diagnostic information related to the process of self-ordering services through registrars on the website,
- information related to the handling of e-mail correspondence directed to the Operator and sent by the Operator.
4. Your Rights and Additional Information About the Use of Data
- Your personal data is processed by the Controller no longer than necessary to perform activities related to it specified in separate provisions (e.g., accounting). With regard to marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.
- You have the right to request from the Controller:
- access to your personal data,
- rectification,
- erasure,
- restriction of processing,
- and data portability.
- You have the right to object to processing indicated in section 3.3(c) with regard to the processing of personal data for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, including profiling, provided that the right to object may not be exercised if there are valid legitimate grounds for processing overriding your interests, rights and freedoms, in particular for the establishment, exercise or defense of claims.

5. Information in Forms
- The Service collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, if such data is provided.
- The Service may record information about connection parameters (time marking, IP address).
