    1. General Information

    1. This policy applies to the www Service operating at the following URL: https://feiginelectric.com/
    2. The operator of the Service and the controller of personal data is: Feigin Electric Sp. z o.o., Bekasów 74, 02-803 Warsaw, 9512603226.

      • running a newsletter
    6. The Service performs functions of obtaining information about users and their behavior in the following way:
      1. through data voluntarily entered in forms, which are then entered into the Operator’s systems;
      2. by saving cookies on end devices (so-called “cookies”).

    2. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator

    1. Places where personal data is entered and logins are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). Thanks to this, personal data and login data entered on the website is encrypted on the user’s computer and can be read only on the destination server.
    2. Personal data stored in the database is encrypted in such a way that only the Operator holding the key can read it. This protects the data in the event of the database being stolen from the server.
    3. User passwords are stored in hashed form. The hashing function works one-way – it is not possible to reverse it, which is the current standard for storing user passwords.
    4. The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
    5. To minimize the risk of unauthorized access to data, the Operator uses complex passwords containing lower and upper case letters, digits and special characters, not shorter than 8 characters.
    6. Two-factor authentication is used in the Service, which constitutes an additional form of protection for logging into the Service.
    7. An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of programming components.

    1. The Service is hosted (technically maintained) on the hosting provider’s servers: home.pl
    2. In order to ensure technical reliability, the hosting company keeps server-level logs. The following may be recorded:
      • resources identified by a URL identifier (addresses of requested resources – pages, files),
      • time of the request arrival,
      • time of sending the response,
      • client station name – identification carried out via the HTTP protocol,
      • information about errors that occurred during the HTTP transaction,
      • the URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) – in the case the transition to the Service occurred via a link,
      • information about the user’s browser,
      • information about the IP address,
      • diagnostic information related to the process of self-ordering services through registrars on the website,
      • information related to the handling of e-mail correspondence directed to the Operator and sent by the Operator.

    4. Your Rights and Additional Information About the Use of Data

    1. Your personal data is processed by the Controller no longer than necessary to perform activities related to it specified in separate provisions (e.g., accounting). With regard to marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.
    2. You have the right to request from the Controller:
      • access to your personal data,
      • rectification,
      • erasure,
      • restriction of processing,
      • and data portability.
    3. You have the right to object to processing indicated in section 3.3(c) with regard to the processing of personal data for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, including profiling, provided that the right to object may not be exercised if there are valid legitimate grounds for processing overriding your interests, rights and freedoms, in particular for the establishment, exercise or defense of claims.
    4. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
    5. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to use the Service.
    6. With regard to you, activities involving automated decision-making, including profiling, may be undertaken in order to provide services under the concluded agreement and for the Controller’s direct marketing purposes.
    7. Personal data is transferred to third countries within the meaning of personal data protection regulations. This means that we transmit it outside the European Union.

    5. Information in Forms

    1. The Service collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, if such data is provided.
    2. The Service may record information about connection parameters (time marking, IP address).
    3. In some cases, the Service may save information facilitating linking the data in a form with the e-mail address of the user filling in the form. In such a case, the user’s e-mail address appears within the URL address of the page containing the form.
    4. Data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, e.g., to handle a service request submission or commercial contact, service registration, etc. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly indicates what it is used for.
